Technology admin officer needed in Lewes £8.72ph ref 4867

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

We are recruiting for an admin assistant to join our busy IT team. No previous IT experience is needed. We are looking for someone to help set up IT equipment following standard instructions and arrange delivery of IT equipment to staff homes. Work will be based in Lewes.

Main Duties:

• Setting up new iPhones for customer (following instructions)
• Installing and setting up the soft token on the iPhone (following instructions)
• Obtaining name and home address of customer
• Packaging Devices for deliver
• Booking the courier
• Printing off tracking info and attaching to parcel
• Take parcel to post room for collection
• Monitor tracking to ensure delivery

Some driving pay be required which will be paid at our standard mileage rate. As such a full driving license and car is required for this role.

Skills:

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite, Basic Internet knowledge, Administrative experience, Strong time management skills, Knowledge of general administration procedures, Ability to multitask important, Strong organisational skills, Written communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Verbal communication skills, Professional and friendly demeanour.
