Team Support Officer needed in Stoke Paying  £10.98  per hr ref 5239073

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• To provide a first point of contact and message service for telephone or reception enquiries.
• To organise meetings and provide note taking service as required.
• To produce forms and documents on templates and to produce typed material from handwritten copies and audio dictation tapes.
• Carry out photocopying, collating and despatch of documents
