Team Secretary Part Time Temporary

Team Secretary needed in Shrewsbury £10.14 per hr ref: 461746

This role will involve:

• Undertake general office administration to include processing incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries, receiving and assisting visitors, operating a photocopier and fax machine.
• Produce and present documents from provided dictated material using a keyboard.
• Store, retrieve and supply information. This will include maintaining  an established storage/filing system, development of existing systems, where appropriate, and supplying information as requested
• Enter and integrate data into a computer system using a Variety of software applications which include Word 7, Excel and in-house database systems and present information in various formats
• Receive and send information using a variety of methods e.g. electronic mail, internal post, telephone
