Team Leader Administration Full Time Temporary

Team Leader Administration needed in Watford paying £12.47 per hr PAYE Ref:5187192

This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

• Lead and manage a team of administrative staff across the cluster to deliver high quality and customer focused support services that facilitate the achievement of the team and service goals by ensuring workloads are allocated appropriately across the team to action.
• Work closely with the senior management team to support the preparation of briefing papers (including referring to and interpreting statistical data), reports, communications and presentations, undertaking research where necessary, and ensuring tasks and actions related to this task are completed accurately and to agreed timelines and format.
• Work collaboratively with management colleagues to contribute and deliver against the management team agenda and business plan to enable achievement of service objectives.
• Manage the delivery of a range of administrative services i.e. front desk services, meetings management, maintenance of information and database systems. To maximise the use of digital technology systems (including Microsoft office packages) and other services to enable operational management and staff to achieve their service/and personal objectives

Ideally candidates will have:

• Business Administration or Management S/NVQ Level 3, equivalent qualification or experience
• Ability to use to a high standard of Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working with senior managers to manage local financial and budgetary management, including tracking of income and expenditure, budget variations and underoverspend.
• Proven track record in the use of relevant specialist IT packages to produce reports and presentations, including but not limited to for example: financial reports; presentations; tender documents; annual reviews; statistics and other service user information
• Basic DBS Check
