Working in partnership with the Assistant Director – Talent Management to design and deliver the talent attraction strategies (including social), the development of a strong employer brand, careers website and the end to end candidate experience right through to successful appointment in post.
A resourcing specialist who will ensure Aster has safe, compliant, and quality processes in place to plan and deliver attraction and recruitment strategies that provide a positive experience for candidate and recruiting leaders alike. Responsible for embedding recruitment best practice throughout Aster, ensuring operational recruitment support is agile, customer focused with attention on a right person, right job, right time approach. You will lead on creating a seamless, positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and employees.
Lead the Talent Acquisition hub taking a proactive and consultative approach, to deliver innovative, high-quality resourcing advice to leaders and Strategic Business Partners, providing solutions for the business ensuring we find, attract, select, recruit the best and diverse talent for our opportunities.
