Surveyor needed in Plymouth

The rate is £20.99ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide technical surveying across a geographical portfolio of properties and contract management for a defined planned maintenance programme across the region.  Contributing to the development and implementation of the vision, Corporate Strategy, culture and organisational effectiveness.

The portfolio of this role includes the following areas:

• Planned maintenance delivery through external contractors
• Minor works
• Refurbishment works
• Planned, repairs & void surveying
