This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:
A graduate surveyor to work with us to produce a full Asset List for Trafford. Over time records have been lost and several departments have different Asset Lists, such as finance, legal and FM teams. The surveyor will pull together all this information, validate it and produce a comprehensive list of Trafford assets and ownerships.
