Street works manager Full Time Temporary

Street works Manager needed in Kingston paying £32.16 per hr PAYE Ref: 412596

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

 Responsibilities:

Street works manager needed  manage a team of 12 street works inspectors and permit coordinators

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience of operational management and delivery of highways and transport services in a senior management position in a similarly large and complex organisation
• Proven experience of managing operational delivery and implementing civil engineering highways and transport programmes and projects
• Proven experience of financial management and associated systems and processes and management of large Capital and Revenue budgets, financing arrangements and meeting both programme and time requirements
• Experience of contract management and administration, particularly via NEC3 suite of contracts

Experience of attending committee and public meetings and advising customers and elected Members on Highways and Transport matters
