Strategic Finance Manager needed in Truro Paying  £350 per day ref 5278942

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial support to Adult Social Care and external bodies, including joint health and social care partnerships
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for revenue and capital programmes
  • Advise on and support the development of the medium-term financial strategy
  • Act as the senior financial contact for Strategic and Service Directors, offering expert guidance on financial control and decision-making
  • Deliver senior professional advice to Council committees and joint boards, including the Health and Wellbeing Board
  • Support Heads of Finance in coordinating financial activities across directorates and public sector partners
  • Facilitate collaboration between lead officers and specialists across the organisation
