This role is principally about carrying out ‘stock condition surveys’ to the Client’s estate, inspecting properties, collecting data and submitting it. We might also ask for other surveying duties or inspections to be carried out such as garage surveys, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, evaluating and forming a view on behalf of the Stock Condition & Data Manager Generally we would agree a weekly or monthly schedule of inspections , sending out letters to tenants in advance. If there were no shows we would seek to provide a list of voids. Completed surveys on a tablet would be submitted to a small team involved with Data management.
