Specialist Street Homeless Coordinator needed in Enfield paying £20.47 per hr PAYE Ref: 412521

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

 Responsibilities:

The Specialist Resettlement Coordinator will provide specialist casework to single homeless applicants with complex housing and support needs, notably street homelessness single people

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing specialist housing options and homelessness casework to single homeless applicants with complex housing and support needs.

You must also have significant experience of the Homelessness Reduction Act and multi-agency Pathway models. You should also have knowledge of welfare and housing policy and law as well as safeguarding vulnerable adults. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
