Smart Place Infrastructure Manager Full Time Temporary

Smart Place Infrastructure Manager needed in Bournemouth paying £39 per hr- Reference: RQ5213600

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• To lead on the successful delivery of Smart Place physical infrastructure programmes.
• Overseeing the design of the gigabit fibre networks and associated Smart Place connectivity infrastructure
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on major complex civil engineering contracts at a senior level
• Complying with all legal and other requirements for works being undertaken, including road noticing and permitting obligations
• Producing contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, design drawings, CDM documentation
• Managing contractors, including overseeing works on site, monitoring progress, resolving disputes and ensuring the satisfactory completion of construction works
• Agreeing site measurements, certifying payments and agreeing final accounts
• Producing procurement waivers for various Smart Place supplies and services as and when required
