Skilled Trades Full Time Temporary

Skilled Trades needed in Southampton £13.21 ph ref: 5177920

This role will involve:

• To carry out a range of construction and property maintenance activities including inspection, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs solutions to a range of buildings across multiple sites and contracts and promote Housing Operations as Contractor of Choice. To have an understanding of and the ability to interpret the policies and procedures which underpin service delivery within Housing Operations
• To undertake fault finding/diagnosis and/or problem solving on-site to determine the scope of works required with demand for both speed and precision of the proposed remedial actions in accordance with policies.
• To produce a quality and quantity of work commensurate with that of an experienced and competent Driver Labourer with the ability to adapt and undertake a range of tasks which will enable the task to be completed by a single visit wherever practicable.
• Transport, erect and dismantle a range of work at height equipment in accordance with information, instruction and training.
• Mix mortar, concrete, plaster etc. by hand or machine and to fetch, carry/move and load materials and equipment to support trades staff.
