Site Officer needed in Bromley paying £11.57 per hr ref RQ597767

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

• To direct and assist visitors to the Civic Centre or other offices including general support and guidance to public attending daytime/evening meetings.
• To assist in the management and control of staff car parks, ensuring that only authorised access to/use of car parks is adhered to by both staff and contractors.
• Administer the issuing of temporary passes to staff, visitors and contractors.
• To assist contractors attending site by providing managed access to buildings, signing for deliveries etc.
• To be knowledgeable of, instruct upon and assist with the locking and unlocking of Civic Centre buildings, including setting or disabling alarms as necessary.
• To ensure that controls for the issue and return of site keys to contractors and staff are complied with by both team members and security contractors.
