Site Manager Full Time Temporary

Site Manager needed in Stoke on Trent paying £16.83 per day PAYE Ref: 5162717

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

To manage the on site operational resources (people, supply chain and physical assets) in order to implement the delivery plan for the assigned project safely, on time, to the required quality, whilst maintaining customers’ satisfaction and delivery in accordance to the project budget.

Ensure that appropriate & adequate site records are maintained including but not limited to, Daily site opening and closure reports, Site Managers Report, daily diary, weekly labour, plant, materials  and goods received/returns, progress photographs, Site Inductions, and all relevant Health and Safety records

To lead, manage and motivate the site’s operational staff and to establish its full contribution to the organisation

To manage the assessment of the required capacity, capability and competency of staff and contractors to deliver the works safely and effectively.

The ideal candidate will knowledge  and experience in managing social housing projects, Planned major & minor works ranging from 10k to £1.5m and managed asbestos
