Service Desk Analyst needed in Ilford Paying  £19.44 per hr ref 0R1567

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• The role is part of a second line support team with collective responsibility for delivery of excellent services to customers.

• The role holder will prioritise workload to ensure that the overall objectives of the service are achieved before those of any individual.

• A large part of the role is desk-based with shared responsibility for providing continuous cover for the service.

• Part of the role will involve working with customers on the telephone and face-to-face with walk-in queries, resolving tickets on Service Now within the agreed SLA’s, building and profiling laptops, and setting up new mobiles.
