Service Charge Finance Officer Full Time Temporary

Service Charge Finance Officer needed in Barking £18.58  per hr PAYE – LBBD29

 This role will involve:

• Prepare estimated and actual service charge invoices and reserve fund statements (for annual, one-off and major works) and provide background information as required in relation to these to demonstrate how charges were determined.
• Issue invoices and statements in respect of service charges and provide ongoing administrative support to My Place in respect of this area of work.
• Work alongside Sales & Leasing officers and other staff involved with this area of work to prepare and issue accurate and substantiated invoices to leaseholders and tenants, providing maximum notice of charges levied and aiming to maximise income.
• Deliver financial administration activities to support S20 consultation and billing of My Place tenants, leaseholders and Home Owners.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
