The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, support, advice and guidance to enable delivery of responsibilities across a range of transport planning functions.

They will carry out investigations, feasibility studies, prepare concept designs, transportation studies, transport assessments and modelling, sustainable and integrated transport studies of alternative solutions to transport related issues to support a wide range of strategic planning and fund bidding documents and will co-ordinate and contribute to the development and delivery of the Local Transport Plan.
