Senior Technical Officer needed in Hertford £17.51 per hr ref RQ598889

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

• Review and action the daily case list issued to them. Triage of the cases using a risk based approach and immediate escalation where required.
• Allocate daily tasks and coordinate team members to undertake their responsibilities within the set timelines. Monitor and support team members to ensure an efficient and effective response.
• To review all information sources for any positive coronavirus cases and to make contact, through phone calls and district visits within specified timeframes. To be able to use initiative and use other communication methods, other information routes and visits to relevant locations.
• Undertake the contact tracing as per requirements or arrange for call backs to the call centre to complete this.
