Senior Strategy & Partnerships Officer needed in London £241.22per day PAYE – Reference:442047
This role will involve:
An experienced officer is required to lead on equality, diversity and inclusion for the borough. The client is in the process of adopting a new equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and needs an experienced officer to lead the implementation of the delivery plan and to promote and develop best practice. The role will play a critical part in developing our approach to identifying and tackling disproportionality in services, further integrating the whole organisation approach to data and ensuring effective equalities practice in project and programme approaches, commissioning processes and service plans. The role will also lead on the development of a new set of KPIs for the borough’s approach to equality, diversity and inclusion. The role will ensure we not only meet but exceed our statutory duties, providing advice, guidance and training to staff and members and working collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
