Senior Specialist Lead needed in Taunton, £22.51ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1335197
Lead a team of Asset Surveying professionals and data analyst(s), who undertake condition and compliance surveys to the housing stock, ensuring the housing landlord stock portfolio meets regulatory and legislative requirements and maintains value of its asset base.
Maintain data in core housing business systems and using that data to develop asset insights, to achieve results and agreed performance measures.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
