Senior Public Health Analyst Full Time Temporary

Senior Public Health Analyst needed in Bristol paying £18 per day PAYE Ref: 415764

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

You will lead the production and development of a number of statistical /information services and obtain, analyse, interpret and publish information relating to COVID-19

Provide specialised advice on epidemiology, health intelligence, health data sets, research, survey design and questionnaire design.

Prepare and contribute to reports, which will vary in length and complexity, ranging from informal summaries to detailed comprehensive reports, summarising these reports and disseminate their findings

Support a joint research work programme to increase the number of decisions made across all departments, partner agencies and the wider community which are grounded in valid intelligence and resources are appropriately targeted to local needs.

Contribute to the specialist Public Health advice provided to South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group through the Core Offer

Communicate, establish and maintain relationships with agencies relating to the project, members of the Public Health Team, Public Health England Health protection team and a range of other groups or individuals seeking help, advice or information on epidemiology, statistics, statistical methods, research, survey and/or questionnaire design related to public health
