Senior Property Lettings Manager needed in Camden £23.26ph PAYE – Reference:441259
This role will involve:
The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Board members where the private rental units have been leased to the client for a 7 year period and attend the quarterly board meetings along with writing the monitoring report.
The post holder will report into the Head of sales and provide monthly updates to the Private Market Rent report for the CIP programme board to to ensure rental performance meets required targets.
The post holder will work closely with our internal teams and externally appointed agents, alongside the rents and charges service, housing management, and the in-house legal team regarding rent arrears possibly leading to legal evictions.
The post holder will be the main point of contact with the aftercare contact centre, the new homes customer care team, repairs team, external contractors, the managing agents, our communications team and senior development managers for the rental schemes on each development.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
