Senior Private Sector Housing Officer needed in Barnet paying £17.37 per hr – Reference: 0006 46D3 / 1
This is a full time role on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
The job entails assessing enquiries and applications for Disabled Facilities Grants, including visiting properties to assess whether works are reasonable and practicable as well as the general condition of the property. Calculation of grant amounts and re-approvals is fundamental to this job, as is answering queries from the public, housing associations, the home improvement agency, social care staff etc
