Senior Licensing Officer needed in South West London

The rate is £21.31ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications, issuing licences under a number of premises based licensing regimes including the Licensing Act 2003, the Gambling Act 2005, special treatment and marriage venues.

The main types of applications received are Temporary Event notices, transfers and DPS variations under the Licensing Act 2003. The main duties will include dealing with applications from start to finish with some applications needing determination at Licensing Sub Committee.

This is a 36 hour weekday working role, reporting to the Licensing Manager. The role includes working in a multi-agency environment, conforming to legislative requirements and statutory deadlines.
