Senior Lawyer based in Bury and the hourly rate is £30.00 per hr
This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:
- On behalf of the client, attend Magistrates’ and County Court hearings, directions appointments, tribunals, Coroners inquests and other hearings as directed as advocate for the client
- Have conduct and responsibility for general litigation matters, including prosecutions, employment tribunals claims and other claims and appeals for and against the client
- Provide verbal and written legal advice to instructing departments in relation to procedural issues, policy matters, individual case matters and statutory duties/powers including the duties and obligation under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers At 2000, UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000, together with related legislation.
- Assist in instructing Departments in drafting and revising policy documents/guidelines in respect of practices and statutory duties.
