Full time hours on a temporary basis

Overall Purpose:
The Senior Insight Analyst will collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive reporting, service intelligence, and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and policy formation. This role involves leading a team of analysts to provide timely and accurate insights, reports, dashboards, and benchmarking information. Key responsibilities include overseeing data extraction, ensuring data quality, and producing high-quality analysis to inform organizational strategy and transformation.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Analysis and Insight:

• Lead high-quality data and analytical work.
• Provide intelligence to support policy and decision-making.
• Extract and analyse data to identify trends and inform strategies.
• Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.

Data Quality and Performance:

• Produce reports and visualizations from data systems.
• Monitor data quality and provide expert advice on compliance.
• Present performance information to senior management

Operational Management:

• Support operational delivery through business intelligence.
• Manage and mentor Insight Analysts and Junior Analysts.
• Innovate and implement new analytical approaches.

1. Project Management:

• Lead analytical projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Provide project management support as needed.
