Senior Hr Consultant Contract Full Time

Senior Hr Consultant based in Dorset and the rate is £22.58 ph  

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

• Oversee the recruitment needs for a portfolio of services/locations, leading on specific ‘hot spot’ areas identified as needing improvement
• Provide advice and guidance on constructing recruitment advisement, identifying best methods of recruiting, manipulating social media and lead on creative recruitment and assessment methods
• Optimise attraction and employer brand, focusing on direct sourcing, building effective pipelines
• Work closing with the HR Business Partner, develop a resourcing and talent plan for the portfolio that supports succession planning and internal mobility
• Proactively develop relationships with key recruiting partners including colleges, universities and other third party organisations which have an available source of direct resourcing methods
