Senior Housing Support And Complaints Officer needed in Wembley £18.22 per hr PAYE – Reference:5192153

 This role will involve:

• Provide a high level of customer service with emphasis on getting things right the first time, keeping promises and taking ownership for the customer demands and request. Promote self-sufficiency in our services while offering support to those that need extra help.
• Lead on system and process changes relating to housing support and complaints reporting including Subject Access Requests and data downloads across the housing service.
• Coordinate the work allocation across the team and act as a trouble shooter where there is an accumulation of work.
• Coordinate the workload across the rent accounting team to ensure key deadlines are met within the calendar year.
• Work with teams to ensure that suppliers are paid on time and via the most appropriate method.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
