Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer needed in Bodelwyddan, Denbigh Paying  £35 per hr ref OR5226Full time hours on a temporary basis  

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our Highway Structures section. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of our capital investment programme, managing projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a wide range of bridge projects within the Highway Structures capital investment plan.
• Act as the designated project manager and “Client” under CDM 2015 Regulations, and undertake other CDM roles such as Designer and Principal Designer for less complex projects.
• Procure and supervise technical consultants, ensuring the delivery of technical specifications and contract documents.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) CG300.
• Select appropriate contract terms for each project and obtain all necessary consents.
