Senior Employee relations case worker needed in London £210per day ref 7117

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

Looking to recruit a temporary senior employee relations case worker to:

Manage and conclude a number of different cases by end of March within a complex area of the organisation

The skills and experience needed are:

• Able to build strong working relations with managers and staff
• Up to date employment law knowledge
• Able to work at pace, support managers stay on track with cases
• Significant experience of writing case outlines/ terms of reference
• Planning and organisational skills need to be exceptional
• Work autonomously and as part of a wider team with minimum supervision
• Experience of working in unionised environment
• Able to identify root cause of case write recommendations for post case follow up actions required
