Senior Compliance Contracts Manager Full Time Temporary

Senior Compliance Contracts Manager needed in Kensington £31.49 per hr PAYE – Reference: 5198032

This role will involve:

• To deliver an efficient, cost effective customer focused compliance and planned maintenance housing service to homes.
• To successfully lead, direct and manage a number of compliance area based engineers contractors to deliver a comprehensive repairs service to agreed standards and targets.
• Ensure service standards are met in line with the Repairs & Maintenance policy achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage, monitor and develop business processes embedding a customer excellence culture across the service.
• Lead on procurement.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
