Senior Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor needed in Blackpool £20.67ph ref 0004 1691 / 1

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

Blackpool has big plans for regeneration, transformation and major development and needs a Chartered Surveyor/Registered Valuer with business and commercial awareness who can deliver on challenging targets.

This exciting opportunity will involve a wide range of regeneration and place making schemes across Blackpool, including project development and delivery.

A self-motivated and pro-active individual is sought, with strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
