Send Casework Lead Officer Full Time Temporary

Send Casework Lead Officer needed in Oxford £361.45 per day ref:5189131

This role will involve:

• Develop a county wide process under the leadership of the Head of SEND that is embedded across the service and aligned to other internal and external organisations.
• Lead, manage and ensure all casework is completed in statutory timelines for children and young people. This will include a measurable action plan with clearly defined outcomes.
• Lead and manage workstreams/working groups as required to ensure that the service continues to meet all and any changing Legislation.
• Develop strategic partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including
  • Parent carer forum
  • Young people’s groups
  • Education providers including Early Year’s settings, schools, colleges and training providers
  • Education practitioners including Educational Psychology and other advisory services
  • Children with Disabilities and Children’s Social Care
  • Health practitioners, including therapy services
  • Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) including the Designated Clinical Officer (DCO)
  • Voluntary and Community Sector
