S106 and CIL Monitoring Officer Contract Full Time

Based in Swindon paying £30.00ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

Our client is looking for a S106 and CIL Monitoring Officer. To undertake the update, and keep maintained the  s106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy ‘CIL’ monitoring systems to ensure that contributions towards infrastructure delivery, secured as a result of relevant development granted planning permission, are monitored and reviewed to secure the timely payment of correct financial contributions.
