Reward Officer Contract Part Time

Reward Officer based in Basingstoke and the rate is £15.55 per hr

This role will involve:

• Support the administration of the flexible benefits system and associated employee benefit membership working with third party suppliers, HR Services and payroll teams.
• Conduct research and data analysis/modelling for as directed presenting the results clearly and creatively, to meet the needs of the audience and to support decision making.
• Support the day-to-day management of the employee recognition schemes updating systems, providing reports, processing awards and supporting events.
• Support the team to maintain and administer the annual pay review, pay progression, bonus, grading and allowances processes and data.
• Coordinate, maintain, create, and improve reward and recognition communication materials and promotional events to support employee engagement and promoting the value of our Reward package.
• Assist with the query management for customers and colleagues providing reward advice, information, guidance, and analytical support.
