Reviews Officer needed in East London paying £20.20 per hr PAYE Ref: 412769

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

 Responsibilities:

The role involves conducting homelessness and Part 6 Housing Act 1996 reviews.

Ideally you should have sound experience of conducting section 202 Housing Act Part 7 and 6 Housing Act 1996.

Ability to work under strict statutory deadlines.

The successful candidate will have good negotiation skills, an eye for details, knowledgeable in homelessness and allied legislations as well as regulations and case-law.

Ideally good customer care skills and focused on minimising the legal costs of homelessness applications.

Ability to work as a member of a team and with other teams to deliver on Housing Solutions common objective.

Preferable with experience of using jigsaw.
