Revenues Officer needed in South East London Paying  £21.31 per hr ref 1375042

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Role:

  1. Meet Targets: Achieve individual and team targets for Council Tax billing, NNDR (including BIDs), and HBOP recovery, managing your caseload autonomously.
  2. Customer Advice: Provide expert advice and technical support to customers via various communication channels, maintaining accurate accounts and ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation.
  3. Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations, gather information from relevant parties, and communicate outcomes clearly.
  4. Proactive Actions: Identify and act on cases eligible for discounts or exemptions, ensuring customer-focused service.
  5. Data Management: Prepare and analyse management data, recommend and implement improvements, and assist in maintaining record systems and procedures.
