Restart Employment Officer Contract Full Time

Restart Employment Officer needed in Shrewsbury.

The pay rate is £12.47ph PAYE

The successful candidate will actively help and support unemployed participants to successfully finding employment through face-to-face meetings.  They will communicate effectively and build relationships with jobseekers and employers across a wide geographical area and must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standard of quality and customer service.

You will need to be a good communicator with good inter-personal skills focussed on achieving positive outcomes.  You must possess a good level of education.  Ideally, you will have experience of a similar role or be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and understanding to deliver support of this type.
