Resourcing/Talent, Benefit and reward partner needed in Kingston upon Thames
Working full time hours on a temporary basis.
The postholder’s primary focus for this assignment will be to support and ensure all jobs across the councils and schools are evaluated using the appropriate job evaluation schemes (HAY and GLPC). Demonstrable extensive experience of these job evaluations methodologies is essential. Should time allow, we would also require the postholder provide professional consistent and appropriate benefit and reward advice to all Officers, Schools and external organisations; research and implementation of reward and benefit strategies as appropriate; lead on pay and reward strategies for both boroughs, including benefits, pay structures etc.; provide a professional solution focused pay and grading service across all Directorates and Schools/other traded services organisations, provide specialist and complex advice and guidance to all our customers such as staff, managers, on job evaluation, pay and grading, and related employment matters.
