Resourcing Manager needed in Chichester £201per day ref 493801
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Location: Chichester with flexible working arrangement £250 – £300 per day depending on experience.
You will manage the provision of resourcing across the organisation, will be the subject matter specialist in resourcing and talent attraction and lead in the development of resourcing strategies. You will lead and develop a team of internal resourcing and talent specialists who are responsible for recruiting to permanent, temporary and apprenticeship roles. You will undertake a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates, building resourcing pipelines, driving up direct recruitment and cutting down costs in the areas of resourcing. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives that will maximise both candidate and hiring manager experience. You will report to the Head of Resourcing, Organisational Development and Talent. Experience 1. Management of internal recruitment function and managing a sizeable team of specialist recruiters 2. Permanent and Agency Worker recruitment expertise, including recruiting to executive level roles and hard to recruit to roles 3. Experience of determining and forecasting resourcing requirements with the business 4. Experience of contract management and the ability to manage short term temporary resourcing requirements 5. Developing and implementing innovative recruitment life cycle improvements Key Skills: 1. Ability to work at pace and in a demanding high-volume environment and manage competing demands 2. Ability to analyse resourcing requirements to produce short- and long[1]term resourcing plans and strategies 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships 4. Excellent people management skills, developing and leading high performing teams Qualifications: • Level 5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership or equivalent qualification or experience • Level A and B Psychometric Testing Qualifications (desirable) The end date states 31st March 2022, but the person may be required past that date.
