Resource, Workforce Planning & HR Systems Manager Based in Enfield and the salary is £32.78 ph PAYE
This is a full time temporary role.
This role will involve:
The post holder will lead on the transformation to, and ongoing management of, an innovative, customer-focused HR support, workforce planning, and HR transactions; utilising core systems, digital applications, automation and the intranet to deliver efficient, high quality information and solutions including implementation of new digital platforms.
Working to deliver the Corporate vision and objectives by supporting the further development of a highly skilled well motivated and flexible workforce efficiently delivering cost effective services. Supporting managers to achieve their service objectives through the effective management of the workforce and delivery of value for money services that meet customer needs and constantly focus on improving services.
