Resettlement Officer needed in Bournemouth

The rate is £15.84ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is:                  5261036

The successful candidate will maximise this short-term post to support providers and clients to move as many people who are ready to move on from supported housing as possible. They will ensure provider staff develop a good knowledge of all move on options across the area to be able to support their clients in future and will develop staff and client recognition of the importance of daily activities and structure for people moving on.
