Repairs & Voids Contract Manager Full Time Temporary

Repairs & Voids Contract Manager needed in Croydon paying £55.56 per hr PAYE – Reference: 6358

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

 Responsibilities

• To be responsible for maintenance surveyors undertaking the management and delivery of the repairs, maintenance and stock investment contracts throughout for all housing, associated land/buildings and in respect of corporate buildings. To work with contractor and consultant partners, colleagues and residents across the full range of resident services, to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision making process and delivery of these services.
• Lead the repairs team providing the technical management skills and expertise, having technical knowledge and building related qualifications as well as extensive experience of;
• Manage large scale procurements of the Repair & Maintenance contract as required, ensuring compliance with good practice within the industry,
• Strategic, operational and financial management of the Repairs and Maintenance term contracts and delivery of an integrated approach to service management, development and improvement.
• To manage the repairs budgets on behalf of the client ensuring compliance with spend/ordering profiles.
