Repairs Support Officer needed in Hackney

The pay rate is £21.10ph PAYE

To support a building maintenance team who are responsible for the responsive repairs functions for a portfolio of approximately 5,000 social housing units.

The successful candidate will be assisting with investigations and identification of defects and remedial works to properties. The role will also oversee the progress of repairs projects being carried out by contractors.

The successful candidate will have technical building knowledge specifically related to surveying, experience in diagnosing damp and mould and also able to work in a fast paced environment. Please see the job description for more details.
