Remote change analyst needed £17.66-£23.60ph ref 0009 1354 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

People specific change plans:

Developing communication plans, training plans and assessing change impacts.

Ability to translate technical changes in a way that’s understood by non tech people.

Experience of change management process and creating change plans including communication and training.

Working with senior stakeholders and collaborate with project managers to identify the most effective approach to change management.

Perform change impact assessments.

Two projects – coordinate a modern work programme which is a Microsoft programme, modernising the way they store, share and collaborate on documents and how they communicate now they predominantly work hybrid and a transformation project.

Not looking for a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.  Need someone who can translate technical changes in a way that’s understood by non tech people. 

Working with a Team of 3 Change Analysts, Portfolio Planner and Portfolio Coordinator.

Can be based anywhere in the UK but will need to attend meetings once a month at the London office.  Choice of working from home or at one of the offices.

6-month maternity cover.

If National – £17.66 PAYE or £21.85 Umbrella.  For London – £19.03 PAYE or £23.60 Umbrella.
