Refuse and Cleansing Manager Full Time Temporary

Refuse and Cleansing Manager needed in based in Billericay and the salary is £22.16 per hr  PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

 This role will involve:

• To continuously monitor and review the overall performance of the Services, ensuring they are meeting the required targets, maximising the use of all assigned available human, material and financial resources.
• To ensure that services are provided within set parameters.
• To ensure that all the service specifications are achieved and that quality services are provided. To maintain and provide regular management information on performance.
• To ensure that the Depot Transfer Station is operating in accordance with the Transfer Station’s licence conditions.
• Contribute to the formulation, implementation and review of service policy, targets and strategic objectives.
• To monitor the performance of various contractors utilised by operational services, and to take the appropriate action in the event of service provision problems/failings.
• To provide leadership and guidance to all staff under the post holder’s control.
