Due to continued development, we are currently looking to recruit a full time Recruitment Consultant to join our public sector recruitment team.

This role will be suited to someone who is seeking a new challenge and is looking to make the next step in their career. We are not a large multi-site agency but a single office with a close knit team and this is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the largest public sector contracts.
35 hours a week working in shifts between 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
We want to be realistic and occasionally you may be required to work later during busy periods and if client workload demands.
In return we offer a basic salary with a realistic OTE of £21,000-£26,000 for the first year. We would expect a second year recruiter who has built up a strong sales pipeline to be earning around £24,000 to £30,000.
We offer uncapped commission so there is no limit on what you could potentially earn.
