Recruitment Co-ordinator Full Time Temporary

Recruitment Co-ordinator needed in Lambeth paying £12.50 per hr – Reference: RQ605922

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• Ensuring ATS (applicant tracking system) is used for managing all steps in the recruitment process i.e. Advertising, Shortlisting, Interview and New Starter forms.
• Updating ATS in a timely and accurate manner and be responsible for the integrity of held data on that system.
• Responsibility for sourcing advertising options and determining the most effective recruitment methods and media sources.
• Communicate and update the line managers on all stages of Recruitment and Pre-employment processes on a regular basis.
• Manage and liaise with candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
• Check that all candidates’ declarations have been checked and any issues are escalated to the Senior HR Advisor/HRBP.
• Ensure Line Manager verifies any gaps in employment at interview stage and that managers have provided all interview notes.
