Recruitment and Onboarding Officer Based in Enfield and the salary is £14.91 ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

Deliver an effective, efficient and customer focused service in line with Corporate Policies and within national and local legislative requirements.

Provide high quality and comprehensive technical and administrative customer focussed support to a team or service, in relation to any of the functions undertaken.

Deliver a flexible, positive and responsive service that meets customer demands which may include working extended or flexible hours or working off-site.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Excellent IT skills including windows (word and excel), email and internet along with proven experience of working with other job specific IT systems.  The role requires the daily use of SAP, I-GRASP (recruitment software), and an on-line DBS system. While training in these HR specific IT systems can be given, the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new IT systems is essential and must be demonstrated.
• Experience in SAP and/or I-grasp, CIPD or a professional recruitment qualification

• Experience working with and feeding back on psychometric and skills assessments
